Steve Lyons is the owner of FotoOp. Founded in 2002, Steve Lyons Photography and FotoOp.com began providing portrait and action photography services to communities in both North and South Carolina. Since that time, Steve Lyons Photography and FotoOp.com have expanded to provide onsite photography services for events and organizations of all kinds including corporate functions, religious and little league organizations. FotoOp.com specializes in action photography for events such as cycling, football, lacrosse, mountain biking and horse racing, while Steve Lyons Photography at StudioLyons.com focuses on providing high quality portraiture both on site and in a studio setting.

Elloree Trials: “Loveyouintheworld” winner of Elloree Cup

Loveyouintheworld was the 2008 Elloree Cup winner at this year’s Elloree Trials. The thouroughbred horse competed in the 3yr old, half mile race and was ridden by jockey, Malcolm Franklin. The horse is owned by Suzanne Smith and is trained by F.G. Smith. This years race was finished in a time of 48.7 seconds. The track record still holds at 46.2 seconds.

Thousands attended this year’s annual event and were treated with wonderful Carolina blue skies and comfortable room temperatures. Skydivers entertained 1 mile from above the earth, a new Miss Elloree was crowned and lots of horse racing took place. It was perfect day for picnicking, tailgating, reunions and family fun. Over 6000 participants showed up to view and enjoy this event.
